A custom video is a single, 30-second video that comes in 1920×1080 HD format. Your final deliverable is a MP4 file that’s uploaded to Google Drive or YouTube. A custom video will be created based on the video brief you submit.

We can create just about anything for you! The most common types of videos are new car, used car, and service specials, testimonials, trade-in or buy backs, why buys, and videos about your process.

A custom script & voice over is written and recorded in-house by our writer and voice over artist, and it will fill 30-seconds of time to match the duration of the custom video edit. The script will be based on the video brief you submit.

The custom editing & graphics involves work performed by our in-house video editors and graphic designers. We will edit stock footage, create custom graphics, and assemble your video using the voice over we record. Your logo, a tagline, and call to action will be featured within the video.

Our stock footage library consists of vehicle footage we’ve filmed and/or generic footage of different scenes that showcase the car buying, service, vehicle ownership, and/or dealership process. We use this footage to best match our edits to the script and voice over.

Dealers who sign up for our Advanced plan can upload their own custom footage that they have filmed at their dealership. Our in-house editors will use some or all of this footage to include in the custom video.

Dealers who sign up for our Pro or Advanced plan can have their custom videos automatically uploaded to their YouTube channels by our team. Setup requires giving us permission to manage/upload videos to your channel.

We offer 3-7 business day turnaround times for the first draft of the custom video(s), beginning the day we confirm receipt of your request. Turnaround times depend on the plan that has been ordered and the amount of videos we’re creating. Turnaround time does not include time spent on updates after the initial delivery of the first video(s). Business days and hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm EST.

You’re not only getting custom video(s) each month – you’re also getting white glove service. Unlimited updates means you can request updates to your video(s) as much as you want as long as you are a customer. Updates include changes to text, logos or music. Updates do not include script, voice over, or footage changes, and are billed separately.

We don’t offer contracts and we offer flexible month-to-month billing. This means you can cancel at anytime. We bill on the 1st of the month and there are no refunds.

Our Video Add-ons allow you to request different video durations and/or formats for your custom video(s) for a one-time fee per video. Available formats include Square or Vertical, and available durations include 15-second and 6-second. You must request add-ons when you submit your video brief and will be charged a one-time fee for each.
